I dunno! I'm still dealing with when is a win a win. I do know when I visit the track and put a $20 bet on the # 10 to win if the nag comes in second and pays $162.40 to place I get nothing, nada, zippo, zilch for my wager, only aggravation something akin to what we're all felling lately.
