1st, thanks as usual for providing the Pacer filings. Made for a great read and commentary by all.

How did RP say it at the SHM last year? Something like, "round two is the price of round one?"

Seems pretty obvious from where I sit, the list of questions DM thru at these 16 are from round one, plus what they learned from round one, which is "floating like a butterfly and stinging like a bee." Yes Gil, they now have something to ponder...lol.

One would think, these 16 are thinking about the Tx 7, settling before a Markman, and 3 of the CO 19 just throwing in the towel, even though they may have gotten off cheap.

I think we all agree, taking one or more of these 16 thru a Markman, assuming we WIN, would be in DM/EDIG's best interest down the road.

My guess is, based on past history, most of these 16 won't go all the way.

Events are shaping up very nicely.
