If the workload is productive, they can justify the assignment of more manpower, imo. And at some point this should become cookie cutter, once all the discovery is completed and the Markman is secured.
True it has been the case so far to conclude prior to filing the next round but I wonder how they oontemplate a 3-5 year window at this pace.
Do they just double plus 5 with each round? That would make the next round 42 infringers? Then 89 ? lol Must be some pattern here....lol.
