My take on this if they answer truthfully it will show that they infringed. And if they hide the truth that will be wilful infringement concealinmg the evidence which will triple the damages in our favor , so the way I see it now is settlemnt before Markman or before trial and avoid willful infrigement with the consequence of paying triple damages.
