I am just thinking if these defendents responds to Edig's questionaire, in my mind some of their trade secrets will be revealed in their answers, or they have to go around their trade secrets to answer the questions and be vague about it.

and as every one knows trade secrets are the bible to each companies survival and producing super products that makes them stand out from the competition.

the way I see it these questions will determine the amount that can be justified as fair for using out tech without our permission.

to me things are getting prettier every day.
