I'd like to see DM roll out the next round prior to all the current 16 concluding.

That way they might avoid these dead spots between pacer filings, which does more to negatively affect share price than just about anything else.

I doubt anyone would disagree with the above, but it appears to be part of DM's strategy, if round one was an indicator, to wait until all these are wrapped up. I'm a layman here legal wise, but it seems reasonable to assume if we settle with all 16 left, round 3 will be even easier to prove, having 26 under our belt. The more our track record grows, the stronger message is sent to round 3. JMO here....

Not that DM lacks resources, but the team of Woddy and company can only take on so much work load, and remain 100% effective. Just thinking outloud mind you....
