The Company believes responsible manufacturers and suppliers of flash memory storage devices license its portfolio in recognition of its proven intellectual property rights.
"believes"... oh gosh.
The company has proven nothing in court. Settlements do not equal wins or proof of IP rights.
Just a tad over $1 MM in total license revenue for the quarter... no surprise that they
continue to accept small, walkaway settlements.
Huge yawn.
