After a long struggle, Handal has reached some significant goals like getting 108 release from collateral eStoppel and receiving a very FAVORABLE claims construction ruling. If he would have went to trial before any of this had been acheived, it would NOT have gone well. These things take time but we are moving in the right direction now. The defendants knew all too well that e.Digital had a weak case at best. THINGS HAVE CHANGED.
