In accordance with Judge Skomal's chambers rules, the parties contacted the Court concerning an impasse reached with respect to the submission of a protective order. The parties are instructed to file a JOINT DISCOVERY STATEMENT addressing the protective order provisions in dispute no later than February 6, 2015.
