I see this very much the same as a poker game. Up until the recent events the defendents mostly thought that Edig was bluffing, called our bluff with minimal settlement monies that would amount to less than legal fees. By playing that strategy, Handal kept some money coming in so we could stay in the game to see if the cards turned for us. The recent events with 108 have given us a stronger hand to play and the cost of settlements should increase. It remains to be seen just how much stronger our hand has become and just how much the flash patents are interconnected. Then the cost of poker could really go up.
