The scheduled Claims Construction of the #108 Patent comes to another legal test again on February 19, 2015 with Micron. I can't see an opinion that will favor Micron coming from it but, I have been wrong before. Looking to the near future I believe they will settle with larger settlements. The next Quarterly Report due June 2015, will IMHO be far better than the past. Our Nunchi Patents are also being tested in the courts and we shall see the values they hold in short order. The future of eDigital has gone from dim to brighter over tthe years. However, IMHO during 2015 they will make non believers believers with whats in store that is unknown. Further, the shareholders meeting if held this year will be a meeting to remember.
