Correct, Vette. That is the way I heard it too. Teck cannot simply comply with the parts of the back-in agreement that work for them and ignore the parts that don't. Oh, yes, we will back in for 75% but ain't gonna hurry any to do it within the stated required 4-year time frame. Nope, that just doesn't wash and I do agree that Teck will not gamble on it. The great thing about an earn-back agreement is that you have to earn it.
