Webs correct me if I'm wrong, I've already had this debate with golf under my ore banned alias brad129. But if BHP came in wanting to buy us for say $4.00 we could sell without Tecks permission ( I'm not saying we would but could) BHP would just have to go in knowing they have to honor out option agreement with teck no where in that agreement did I see a FRoR stated where we have to let teck match our best offer. Please point me in the right direction if I am wrong.
