Not sure why, but there seems to be pretty much a total ignoring here of paragraph 15.1 of the Salazar agreement
In addition to calling for a JV to be drafted by Teck within 60 days of the BFS, the parties have agreed to the preparation of what is referred to as a "Definitive agreement"
This agreement will "supercede and replace" the Salazar agreement in its entirety
