CUU own 25% Schaft Creek: proven/probable min. reserves/940.8m tonnes = 0.27% copper, 0.19 g/t gold, 0.018% moly and 1.72 g/t silver containing: 5.6b lbs copper, 5.8m ounces gold, 363.5m lbs moly and 51.7m ounces silver; (Recoverable CuEq 0.46%)
I think contracts can be re-negotiated at that point.
I think this is important. The 4 year clause can be adjusted to a 5 year clause as per our plan and given the different times from when this contract was written.
All that said, it's moot because hopefully we won't even be around to enforce it and in all liklihood Teck will be buying us, not another major - and if another major buys us...well that's there perogative to try to enforce it or not enforce it. It won't cause us any delays because we shouldn't be around at that point.
