Good points Meta. That's why imo, the buyout will come within 30 days of Teck being handed the BFS. If they cannot agree to a buyout price then Teck has to form a JV agreement and they at least have to leave enough time for the lawyers ( 30 days ) to do so. But I have a gut feeling Teck and CUU already have agreed to a price which could very well be made known before handover of the BFS and Laird shares. This could come 1st or 2nd week of Jan so those that sell now may lose out completely.
