Brattty: Am I correct in thinking the historic Beauce gold fields were largely alluvial gold? I know there also has been spasmodic drilling over the years. Looking for the source of the alluvial gold, I suppose.

Do you know what triggered Frank into thinking he could be succesful here where many had tried and failed? It seems so odd that what is shaping up as an absolutely fantastic gold field should have been under so many noses and for so long. Surely there is a fascinating book to be written about the Beauce's gold and the GNH story, that is, if it does not somehow (unthinkably?) flameout.

I love the story so far.
