I agree wholeheartedly.
Obviously there has been no movement to or fro on the mediation front. If there had been, PTSC would have had to make that public before they started buying shares, let alone announcing such.
IMO the mediation went as most do. Both sides being civil, presenting their objections and demands and probably just not agreeing, or better put, agreeing to go to court and let the jury decide.
With the current state of affairs with the patent legislation that is pending, the Supreme Court now getting into also and adding the re-exam by the PTO, these defendants will do all they can to stretch this out as long for as long they can even if it means risking a loss in a jury trial. They're assuming time is on their side and hoping for all the help the can get, legislatively and judicially.
Meanwhile, PTSC leadership is doing the right thing by buying the most shares they can afford without diminishing the bank account too much and hopefully doing it on a daily basis, even if its a few 100k a day, just to keep the prici from eroding.
One otr two signings wouldn't dampen things at all IMO and may light aninformation fire for others to investigate and do some DD and maybe throw a few K into this winner. JMHO
