So, please corrections on this post if needed............From what i have heard over the years BOD's are only part time jobs at best......They are never day to day /hands on.............
Since the SHM is only 3 weeks away we can ask a question to the entire board "What do you bring to the table for PTSC" at the SHM..........The BOD'S are on many CO'S ..........Kinda like an owner of a sports "teams "who calls for the head of the MGR and General MGR from his stable of teams...........When you are not day to day you only know part of the story ......
Side bar.........When i was at the last SHM one of our BOD/who was standing next to me/ asked JR if he could have his ear for a moment...............I was surprised that that was the time and place to ask a question...........Let TPL do their thing............
Also , i would like to know if JT will be hiring anyone to assist him before or during and after a M+A.......Like full time.......IMO JT can not do it alone......Doed he need one person or ten people........If we do a M+A even though that sub can take care of itself who would over look it's operations on a day to day basis
From my uneducated position of shareholder it seems like TPL comes on the cheap.................We get basicly half the profits and they do the work............They are excellent at what they do and for PTSC to get that type of team together, well it might have put us out of business..............I do not follow EDIG any more, but my perception is that they want to follow in PTSC's footsteps........My belief is that they would give away half of their farm to have TPL on their side...............JMO............
