I think it would be "...take advantage of an unusual buying opportunity".  That buying opportunity, IF it fully pans out, would provide more resources to support other prospects.

PS: Gotta drink for ya - for the sweet-toothed patrons.  Malibu rum, Baccardi light and coke.  The Malibu takes the edge off the Baccardi, and they go down real easy (too easy! LOL).  My drink - which I have named the "Malarkey".  The name came from my part-Irish heritage, and from the fact that, without a name, describing the contents for your next one (after several) sounds (with the slurring) like you're saying "malarkey".  Only problem is that some overly-sensitive types take exception to that word.  Try it!
