Judge Ward will rule when he has had time to come to the correct ruling, and not until then. He will not hold off on the ruling for some covert reason. He will not hold off on the ruling because he wants to send a message. He will rule when he is ready. That's why there is nothing to discuss. You can sit there on your keyboard and dream up all the scenarios you want. And you can try to convince the posters here that whatever pops into your brain has any worth. But they will see thru it.
