"Who on the BoD has the business experience and skills necessary to take Patriot to the next level AFTER merger/acquisition and/or success in EDT?

I believe that Jim, Nick and Clifford are great selections ingetting this initiated and I believe that David Pohl, with his legal connections and expertise can greatly assist on keeping them out of trouble.

I see their role as oversite for companies that will be underneath the umbrella and they will retain or drop aggresive executives that work for them. Please correct if this is not the message/ direction we are heading. Perhaps, this is another area of discussion at SHM. Look at PTSC mission statement:

I see no reason they couldn't expand on how this will work and the positive role that the 4 individuals I mentioned could carry out. Corrections/additions welcome.
