First, to be fair, I tought 2007 would be a good year as well, and I missed it.

To answer your question, which is what I have been stating for some time now, I don't know how I can predict a base or a pop without knowing the outcome (verdict and revenue) of our case in Texas. If we win, and we win big, your #'s IMO are an understatement. If we lose, than I doubt we would make your #'s in 2008. I am NOT a trader even though my name has trader in it, so I don't subscribe or use TA to evaluate stocks. I am intrigued by the various concepts, but I don't believe they apply to this stock...yet.

As far as a couple pops to a $1 being good enough for me...no it isn't. If I sell all of my shares for $1, I made some money, but from a financial standpoint, I missed a lot of opportunity elsewhere. So, to expand on your bet, I will bet you a Silver Dollar (has to be silver), that if we win in Texas, for at least a total settlement (TPL and PTSC combined) of at least $180M, than I take your bet that we will base for at least a $1 for more than 2 weeks in 2008 (10 trading days). I actually think will base higher in this scenario but why give up points when you don't have to? I don't think this is a fair vote for you, but if you want it I will make it.

Good luck to you, me, us, and all longs.
