How about getting the litigation w/ TPL settled.. rewriting the agreements to where they should have been initially.. and then actually marketing the patent portfolio and the licensing agreements.. PRs that state the fees collected.. fees that aren't nuisanse settlements.. No more 'first' or 'early' mover bs.. no more cloak and dagger bs.. Do something that investors want to see... more importantly what potential investors want to see, to give them confidence their money won't sit stagnent at a dime for yrs...
