I don't need to do my homework, you're mixing apples and oranges. Yes, I believe there are claims that TPL has either overbilled and/or misallocated MMP revenues. That has nothing to do with money in the bank. Are you telling me that TPL can't hand PDS a (extreme example) $10 million bill for expenses when PDS only has $1 million in the bank? They can fudge their bills no matter what amount of money is in the bank. It all comes down to verifying the amounts being billed as accurate, fair and just. and that has nothing to do with how much money PDS has in the bank.
