Are you implying that if TPL goes out and hires a company to copy all the related documents in order to provide a 3rd party expert they've flown in also hired to review the MMP issues,, put up at a hotel, and escorted to their offices in a limo, that none of those costs are reimbursed to TPL outside of the 15% flat fee? Or that all of those reimbursements come off the 15% fee?

How can you support that type of interpretation based on the language you cited? Either we're completely misunderstanding each other, or you've interpreted the agreement language in a way that doesn't fit, IMO.
