You keep wanting to ignore this part -

"(b) for payment to TPL of an amount equal to 15% of the
Adjusted Gross Cash Proceeds minus any amounts previously advanced to TPL (and
not previously credited against payments to TPL hereunder) pursuant to Section
4.3 of the Commercialization Agreement; and"

Payments made for the working capital advances are deducted from the 15% payments. So they can jockey around all they want, it's not going to get them anywhere.
