I agree it's unclear, and still open to interpretation, but to go to the trouble of issuing a PR, IMO, suggests that something substantial has changed in the agreement. We should know more by the language in the next 10q. Hopefully, they'll provide some transparency to what they're doing on this issue, or at the least it will clarify that nothing has changed if the language doesn't change. As you can sense, I've learned to suspect the worst from PTSC's negotiators, and from TPL's manipulation of the opportunities found in the M.A. and C.A. agreements.
