It is where a bunch of people hire a law firm to sue a small company that has nothing so the shareholders would end up with nothing and the law firm would take what ever scraps they may be able round up. In the end whatever IP there was of any value gets sold off to another entity for next to nothing, but just enough to make the law firm smile and the investors get to close their books as there is no company left to ever worry about getting anything out of no matter what the chances are.

Okay that was silly but I was in that mood.
