Good to hear from you. Since I stopped my visiting PTSC board, (I explained my reasons to kirk a while back), I have missed reading your cogent and logical posts...

I suspect Rocket Docket busy schedule had little to do with the 2010 date. Rather, the mechanics of handleing the EDIG related cases and the Court's desire to give all parties ample time to work out all issues such as mediation, arbitration and possible settlments, before the Court hits the parties with the Markman AXE leaving only the issue of who has to pay how much, before the case is to be tried in August of 2010...

When this case does go to trial in August of 2010, WARD does not wish to have any loose ends which are going to be the basis of a denial of DUE PROCESS claim on appeal...
