I know we're being fed from the same spoon Frank so my feelings run similar to yours. The last time I posted, I suggested a settlement was in the offing. The indication was that several announcements were expected in the next 2 weeks. That would tie in with this weeks financial release. If we do arrive at a settlement with any of the infringers, the settlement will appear in the financials. If not this reporting cycle then one in the near future. Meetings with the infringers were positive and the suggestion was that early settlements were likely outcomes. He mentioned his own commitment in the company as he himself had receintly doubled his position in the company and wouldn't have if he thought the IP litigation would be protracted. (Paraphrazed)
