Larry, in order for any settlement to show up in the financilas, it would have to have been settled by June 30, 2008, the last day of the quarter.

Did RP really state that they had positive meetings with the infringers and earlty settlements were likely?

And as to a commiitent to the company that has been brought up, haven't we all made major commimetents and at a much higher average price than RP or anyone else in management or those on the board.
