Let's say they wait and we get a favorable ruling.Then EDIG will probaly file a motion for a summary judgement aand JW will then rule for one side or the other.and most likely award for damages.The ruling is meant to try to keep as many cases as possibel out of the courtroom..All I know is that PTSC settled with19 very large companies BEFORE the Markman hearing.That is a fact.So IMO it is very possible to see the same here.
One question for Doni...I've always wish I had your knowledge of technology. And I respect the fact that you post about it.So in your expert opinion will EDIG win or loose at the hearing.Is it a 50/50 chance or higher or lower?
