From RP's lips to my attentive ears.....Frank we are going to get a "one time" settlement (hopefully a large one) vs "licensing. Once the settlement is paid that will constitute a license for the offender of our IP to then use that IP..........EDig and DM are NOT shooting for "licensing or royalties" unless after the fact of a settlement or a win at a trial and payment made....
