I agree about Samsung, however if they are willing to write a 100 mil check then perhaps that will be enough to get the ball rolling on the rest of the infringers and put funds into EDig's bank account that has never been there before.

It would take a decision on EDig's/DM part that whatever Samsung did after that would have to accepted as long as they alone used EDig's IP and not opened it up to the world with no payment to EDig.

Personally I would take that deal....
