The 17th is fast approaching.

I've given my opinions for each side of the Vivitar question. Seeing the value could be based on the 26 mil Syntax paid, the new value might be as much as half that to Sakar.

From where I sit...they have an option to run in two opposite directions, by squeezing the life out of brand name selling junk , or rebuild it.

What would you do if it where you, perhaps double your 13 mil and then sell it off for 5mil giving you a pretty good return(there's room in there to get rid of the e.Digital problem)....or rebuild it with new tech.
