I was told by RP that EDig controlled enough stock to be able to pass anything it wanted WITHOUT ONE PROXY BEING COUNTED. I do believe if true that is a lot more control than what you have listed...
I think you must have misunderstood RP.
The data I provided to you is available only in the SEC documents.
It clearly documents all outstanding shares and the management and directors in total own a small percent.
Polis, the largest shareholder has approx 25 million, in the 10% range.
They may have a poison pill capability, perhaps a "shareholder rights" which allows the current shareholders thw right to purchase new shares diluting the bidder percent of the total.
Other avenues are also available.
I suggest you go back to RP ask clarify what strategy they would employ and what exactly he told you about their ability to control the stock even without any proxies.
