If a settlement is achieved that is royalty/lincensed based just who pays the royalties??? Vivitar? Syntax? or Sakar?? Who do you go after if payments are missed??? Sounds to me this is such a "can of worms" and would have to have a large department set up to monitor the royalties wouldn't pay to keep the lights on....
