I fail to see how I was not being pleasant in my post to you. If I was, I apologize as that was never my intention. You seemed to be the one to comment about my posting history and make insinuations.

And you did not respond to my first question in response to your indictment of management's lack of transparency.

1) Why do you think DM has not yet filed the next round of suits since you are apparently not satisfied with the explanations discussed to date?

Seriously, why would DM hold back at this point in time? Some might choose to go the FUD route, and have, challenging DM's committment to EDIG. Others, in light of last years success and management comments regarding expectations, might think it is directly related to the unfinished business with SAMSUNG. I am currently in that camp.

Where do you fall in that discussion? Perhaps there are other reasons I have not yet considered.
