BILL , I agree that they are shrewd very intelligent and one of the top litigator in

nation. How come after passing a year and thousands of pages they came into

settlement discussion. Why they didnt took us all the way to judge and jury decision.

Does not it iindicative of our patent worthiness. I am not going to predict the

settlement amount here ,but i believe we have several patents that all future

settlements will back up its credence.
