The settlement will be what it will be. The board/investor reaction to the news of a SAMSUNG settlement was very positive judging by the green thumbs up. Investors want to see progress and money moving into EDIG's bank account.
I have confidence that DM has a plan that it is currently executing. I like that EDIG had positive earnings, revenue growth and prospects for more of the same based on only its first 6 settlements.
Since I did not receive an answer to my question from LL, maybe you'd like to take a shot as to why the SAMSUNG case took a year longer than the LG case to settle.
