My own personal opinion is these alleged infringers have used Edig tech for years and years, lets say for the sake of simplicity our tech was mature in 1999 now we are in 2009 so ten years passed by and we were not able to license our tech. If I was DM I will not settle with anyone for less than $10M at least $1M a year taking into account the present value of money, the lost interest income assuming we had the money back then and the compund interest (interest on interest) etc.

I know we needed the cash so the first six were on AVG $1.6M, Samsung is still ?? Unknown but IMVHO any future settlemt should be at least $10M based on the scenario above and based on the infringed products produced and sold.

Only time will tell when the secound round will be announced and the Infringers settles.

I hope this is the strategy DM will use, and since I am not part of DM or Edig team I am just one of the thousands of edig shareholders I will wait and See.
