Is it also possible that he knew that EDIG would be scrutinized as a result and a fault found that would screw Edig that in effect help his bigger client. It just worked out that way. We got pinned because of C.S. it was as if dooms day had gotten to us and we would have been crushed if it were not for the decision of the federal courts that breathed new life into EDIG. The question was can lawyers get dirty? In my mind yes. If judges can so can lawyers.
