Sorry, but I can't see the connection with AAPL?

It would have been a conflict of interest for DM to sue AAPL...they did'nt.

DM felt this court was a better place to file the 19 after TX 7 concluded for many reasons.

  • the favorable judge in TX retired
  • the TX docket was over loaded
  • the CO court had open time on the books to move us along sooner
  • AAPL IMO had abosolutely nothing to do with it

The problem ended up being, Judge "Marcia" was assigned the cases, DM had burned her in the past, our lawyer in open court popped off making an ass out of the judge regarding a case that got over turned, her fangs came out and we got a royal screwing.

That's my recollection...no offense meant.

Anyway, it was over long ago, lets move into the present.
