Thats just the point. He reminded the judge that she got her ass slammed and then he thought that she now would be like a lamb? I doubt that. No judge would take that. Yes it was a long time and my point at the start was lawyers and judges do things that might very well have ulterior reasons. D.M cause us to wonder why th4e change. Even if the judge that gave us a favorable decision retired why go to CO where you know what you have there.
