On July 30th, in Denver, the judge is setting the Markman hearing date, said previously to be scheduled in early fall. After the hearing, she has 30 days to hand down a ruling. So, we are looking at Oct/Nov...best guess.
What's on my mind and I believe most, is how many will cave before 7/30, how many will cave before the hearing, and who will be left to go the distance? There are 16 who need to make this decision.
