I agree with this thought, re: DM, but what if round 3 is law firm #2 to handle the DM conflict cases? IMO, when some money comes in from R2, they can afford attorney's fees for a 2nd firm, as it's doubtful in my mind they can swing a 2nd firm on a contingency, but if RP can pull off a stunt like that, I'll shine his shoes!

At the SHM, hiring law firm #2 was discussed during Q&A, which was just over 7 months ago, but it is not known nor could we ever find out, what progress is being made on that front, and what the appropriate timing would be. We got the impression some firms had been "interviewed" but there is no concrete proof.

If this is a 4-6 year plan, all parties need to kick this up several notches.
