100% ? Well then, it shouldn't be much of a stretch in figuring that DM wants the claims construction efforts to proceed to a conclusion, with a trial if needed. There aren't but a half dozen issues for the court to weigh.

IMO, the defendants are utilizing the same tactics the defendants of the first case used, it's not that complicated to see what they want, and what will happen if they get what they want.

IMO, the only thing that will make that defence collapse for future cases, is the amount DM/e.Digital demand. If amounts are small, defendants will just settle and we have no idea for the issues considered by the collective defendants.

IMO, DM can make it happen...it's their call.

The questions have been presented on each side, we're either good to go, or we're done...

As an investor, I'd like to see that half dozen issues resolved in this case.
