"no inequitable conduct".....however, the plaintiffs want a new trial, as 6 mill must not be enough of a win to split, especially after waiting for a jury trial.....The 52 mill they pushed for made the jury trial happen......as 6 mill sounds as though it could have been an easy settlement.

lol....IMO, DM will not be representing in the new case.

This is why I want Featherstone to carry on as they are with a combined defence....no games...we're either good to go, or we're done, and hope the judges are of good conduct.

Note....we have two judges running this show....lets hope they are balanced in opinion.
