You bet that DM is going all way this time. This is not a case of only one defendant like SAMSUNG IN THE FIRST BUNCH. DM wants the Mrakman Ruling, NO THEY NEED IT, before they get the show really on the road. And they are going to get that Makman Ruling one way or another this time.

The only question for the investors this time is will Judge Kreiger rule against or for EDIG?...I am convinced that DM who wrote the book on Markamn Rulings, ( they handled the Markam case all the way before the Supreme Court), KNOW what they are doing...
